Need to make some adjustments to my account

I am running a small ebay business at the moment and doing fairly well for myself. I am looking to expand and turn it into a full time job though. The problem is i need to then register myself officially as a business and then change the paypal edit merchant name so they have the correct info. I do not know how to go about doing this though. As i say i am fairly new to this all so i do not fully understand what i am doing with it all. I do love the business i am slowly building though it is moving along slowly but very nicely. I am wondering if i should look at a premises and try and turn it into an actual shop or just stick with the virtual one as it seems to be working ok for me. I could i assume just open a new paypal account if i need to. I do not want to do this if i do not need to but i am keeping it open as an option.
