Misha was on her way to college when she came across an apple store. As she had left from home earlier than usual, she thought of entering the store and looking around at the new products. She saw the varieties that they offered in laptops, music devices, phones etc. She was looking to upgrade her present ipod and came across an ipod touch. A customer service representative asked her if he could assist her in any way. She asked him to tell her about more features in ipod touch. He began to tell her about it and she knew that she wanted to pick it up for herself. But she had a doubt and thought of asking him. She enquired, "how do i set up my ipod touch"? The representative explained to her the process involved in the set up. She had made up her mind and took out her credit card to make the purchase. After her classes she rushed home and began to set up her new ipod. She did as she was told and it was done in minutes.
